Mr. Reginald Yofi Grant
Reginald Yofi Grant’s over three-decade-long career in investment banking and finance makes him a formidable leader as he heads the Ghana Investment Promotion Center, under the Office of the President of Ghana. Yofi’s expertise and experience have earned him recognition as a skilled leader and prominent financial policy advisor, not only in Ghana but beyond its borders.
Yofi has a proven track record of leading advisory mandates for equity and debt transactions, including his notable role in the creation and implementation of the AAF SME Fund LLC, which stands as one of the largest agriculture funds in sub-Saharan Africa. As a council member of the Continental Business Network of the African Union and a board member of the OACP Endowment and Trust Fund, Yofi remains committed to shaping the continent’s financial and economic transformation. Yofi serves on the Steering Board of the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies, representing sub-Saharan Africa. Additionally, he is actively involved in multiple private and public sector boards and committees, such as the Public Private Partnership Approvals Board, Ghana Export Promotion Authority Board, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration Advisory Board, Ghana International Financial Services Advisory Committee, and UK-Ghana Investor Group.
Under Yofi’s leadership, the Ghana Investment Promotion Center has been named the best Investment Promotion Agency in West and Central Africa for five consecutive years and has also been awarded the best investment promotion agency in Africa for four years in a row by CFI.co. His leadership has also earned him recognition, including the Outstanding Public Leadership Award at the 2022 Ghana CEO’s Summit and the Business Personality of the Year 2022 by International Investor Magazine.
Currently, Yofi is collaborating with the Ground Up Project and other partners to raise a $250 million SDG-SME Fund of Funds, supported by Convergence, the global network for blended finance. Yofi is a fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Network, a testament to his exceptional leadership skills and his commitment to driving sustainable economic growth and development in Ghana and on the African continent.

Rev. Dr Appianda Arthur
Rev. Dr Appianda Arthur is a seasoned Christian leader with more than 40 years’ experience in ministry, business development, government, NGO’s and nonprofits. He has been on many platforms in Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, North America and over forty African countries.
In October 1999, Dr. Arthur conceived and directed the 1st International Consultation on Discipleship for Leaders in the United Kingdom, which brought together executives, presidents and faculty of theological institutions, key pastors, and denominational leaders, from 55 countries and 90 organizations. Keynote was by the late John Stott, Chaplain to the Queen. Closing message was given by the late Ravi Zachariah, a world-renowned Christian apologist.
Dr. Arthur was also a consultant to the 1st Asia Pacific Consultation on Discipleship held in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia July 2001, which brought over 400 leaders from twenty-two Asian/Pacific countries and consulted for the Pan Africa Christian Women Assembly in Botswana bringing together 300 women leaders from 32 African countries. Dr. Appianda Arthur studied at the University of Ghana, Legon; State University of New York, Fredonia, NY; Wesleyan University, Middletown, Connecticut, Duke University, Durham, NC, USA; Fuller Theological Seminary's School of Intercultural Studies, in Pasadena, CA, USA. and Haggai Institute, Maui, Hawaii.

Dr. Barbara Dunlap
Breaking barriers and shattering stereotypes, one student, engineering
project, organization, and community at a time. Dr. Barbara Dunlap is an
expert in her field at providing solutions to workforce development
challenges, energy/utility difficulties, K-12, and higher education
struggles. Armed as a graduate of the Construction Engineering
Technology program at University of Toledo. Within her graduate
studies, graduating summa cum laude she also holds an MBA from
Franklin University and Doctor of Educational Leadership with a focus
on STEM from Ashland University.
Throughout her career, Dr. Dunlap spent over a decade as a Transmission
Line Engineer and was the single point of contact for the public utility and transportation relocation projects. Highly experienced in construction, civil, electrical, and utility processes for the development, design, acquisition, and project management of energy project across various states. Dr. Dunlap utilized analytical and technical processes to purpose better solutions for everyday communities.
She has served as a program leader and lead project manager for the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA) project, New York’s largest undertaking to reach net zero emissions and entailed a 93-mile, $854 million transmission project. Dr. Dunlap is also the diversity program manager for the Brent Spence Bridge Project, the historic $3.6 billion infrastructure investment
that connects Cincinnati and Covington via Interstates 75 and 71 over the Ohio River.
Realizing, understanding, and grasping the difficulties that organizations were facing with identifying top talent, developing effective recruitment strategies, DEI, and retaining employees post COVID-19, Dr. Dunlap went on to purse her doctorate and focused her research on organizations, students, and higher education institutions. Her dissertation was entitled: Two Faced: Codeswitching, Imposter Syndrome, and
Acclimation to U.S. Corporate Culture Among African American Female STEM Students from Historically Black Colleges & Universities and Predominately White Institutions. Through on-campus engagements with organizations like IEEE, NSBE, SWE, SHPE, and SASE, Dr. Dunlap is skilled at strengthening strategic relationships, developing retention strategies, and expanding
engagement programs for K-12 schools that will assist with building talent for future business needs. She serves on many boards and volunteers with numerous organizations but is most proud at her Lifetime Membership and current executive position with the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), one of the largest student-governed organizations based in the United States.
Barbara proudly hails from Cleveland, Ohio with strong ties to West Point, Mississippi. She plans to change the world by applying research to develop effective, evidence-informed solutions. One of Dr. Dunlap's favorite proverbs states, “to whom much is given, much will be required”. Her skills have proven valuable for organizations seeking to incorporate STEM education into their training and development initiatives. Understanding all sectors – education, organizations, and students you will hear her
continuously say, “you cannot be what you cannot see”. A highly effective communicator, self-proclaimed servant-leader, she is adept at working collaboratively with individuals and groups to achieve common goals. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to any organization and is committed to helping

Dr. Kwame Obeng Nti
Dr. Kwame Obeng Nti is a Development Planner and Monitoring and Evaluation Expert with over 20 years of experience in project planning and management, 10 of which have been in the areas of planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning. He has worked in various capacities on projects funded by International Development Organizations like the African Development Bank
(AfDB); the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID); the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA); the United States African Development Fund (USADF) and the World Bank. He has worked on projects in the areas of education, health, water and
sanitation, local governance, agriculture and environment, micro-finance, human security, and
sustainable livelihoods. He is currently a Chief Analyst at the Ministry of National Security of Ghana.
Dr. Obeng Nti holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Planning. He has a Master of Science degree in Development Policy and Planning; and Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with Social Work. He also has a Diploma in Project Management. He is very innovative, dedicated,

Mr. Alex Apau Dadey
Mr. Alex Apau Dadey is a successful Entrepreneur and Philanthropist with over 30 years’ experience working across multiple industries and sectors across the globe including Fintech, Logistics, Agric, Property Development and Commerce particularly in the United Kingdom and Ghana. He functions in various c-suite capacities and serves on boards of multiple institutions including Ecom Agro Industrial, Premier Textiles Group in the United Kingdom, Birchfield Investments Limited in Jersey, Channel Islands and Dubai, KGL Capital (UK) Limited and Dominion Direct (UK) Limited to name a few.
He is a product of Mfantsipim School, Cape Coast, and holds a BSc. (Admin) degree from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon. Alex Dadey’s formative career began in the United Kingdom in 1986 where he progressively moved up the ranks from Export Sales Supervisor to Export Sales Director at the Gordon Richman Textiles Limited overseeing key accounts in ten countries spread across Europe, Middle East and Africa. In 2001, Alex set up a joint venture - Qualitexx Limited, with DCD Finance Group PLC., based in the city of London. As Executive Director, he was instrumental in developing the company’s trade finance and venture capital businesses across the globe. This included providing financing for several local Ghanaian businesses through the DCD Finance Group. Since then, Alex has become renowned as a strong advocate for the inclusion of the Ghanaian diaspora in the political and socio-economic transformation of Ghana. He is credited with initiating the Ghana Diaspora Homecoming Summit in 2017 and the Ghana Investment and Opportunities Summit UK in 2018, both of which are now held biennially. In January 2018, Alex was duly appointed onto the Governing Board of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) by the President of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, in recognition of his contribution towards the promotion of investment in Ghana.
Most recently, Alex established the KGL Group – a wholly owned Ghanaian group, consisting of six subsidiaries operating in several jurisdictions and multiple sectors including Fintech, Logistics, Agric, Property Development and Commerce, where he serves as Executive Chairman. The subsidiaries are:

Prof. Daniel Fox
Prof. Daniel Fox currently serves as an Associate Professor and Chair of the Economics and Finance Department at Ashland University. He is a Licensed Practicing Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant with extensive business and academic experience.
Prior to joining Ashland University, Prof. Fox provided accounting, finance and training consultation to the world’s largest oil company, Saudi Aramco, in Saudi Arabia for 5 years. He worked for the “Big Eight” accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand, where he practiced as a tax attorney. He also practiced business and estate planning law with the law firm of Emens, Hurd, Kegler & Ritter in Columbus, Ohio. He has extensive entrepreneurial experience working with a number of startup ventures.
Prior to joining Ashland University, Prof. Fox provided accounting, finance and training consultation to the world’s largest oil company, Saudi Aramco, in Saudi Arabia for 5 years. He worked for the “Big Eight” accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand, where he practiced as a tax attorney. He also practiced business and estate planning law with the law firm of Emens, Hurd, Kegler & Ritter in Columbus, Ohio. Mr Mbaye Mbengue
Mr. Mbaye Mbengue is the CEO and Founder of African Youth Education and Sports Development (AYESD). He is originally from Senegal and resident in the United States. For his engagement in humanitarian, Social Justice and impact as a Young African Leader in the Diaspora, he won many awards and represented his foundation African Youth Education and Sports Development in many important summits, as a speaker and Youth Leader influencer.
In 2021 he was nominated in the Global list 100 of the Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD) in 2022 he was recognized by the African Union Mission to the US as an African Youth Group Leader in the Diaspora.
He has unremittingly been working in multiple subsidiaries of the United Nations for over fifteen
years, namely United Nations Office for Projects Services (UNOPS), United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), United Nations Department of Management (UN-DM) and an international NGO, African Renaissance and Diaspora Network (ARDN), which advocates for and supports UN development processes as they relate to Africa and the African diaspora.
Before his tenure with the United Nations, he played soccer steadily with various teams. Firstly, in Senegal with the youth national soccer team, then in France with the Paris Football Club
before progressing to Italy with Internazionale de Milano. Unfortunately, he sustained an irreversible injury which ended his professional soccer career, and soon after, he moved to the United States to complete his education.
His aspirations are to generate a meaningful impact among children and the most vulnerable, to promote humanitarian development and peace interactions around the world through common
interests such as culture, sports, youth development, entrepreneurship, clean water initiatives and climate advocacy.

Jay Warmke
Jay is a renewable energy expert with over 30 years of experience in renewable energy. His specialties are in the areas of solar energy, green technology, and sustainable energy solutions. He has worked on a number of renewable energy projects, notable among them is the Blue Rock Station which is a 40-acre living sustainable living farm/homestead/classroom. It is the site of the first Earthship (a 2000 sq ft homemade of tires, bottles and assorted "clean" garbage) built east of the Mississippi. Since opening in 2004, over 30,000 people have visited for tours, meetings and sustainable living/construction/energy workshops.
Jay served as vice president of the board of directors of Green Energy Ohio. He was also the president of the International Certification and Accreditation Council. Jay has served as a member of Electronic Technicians Association International (ETA’s) Renewable Energy Committee since 2010 and by dint of hard work was elected to ETA's Board of Directors in 2015 as the chair, a position he has held for the past nine years.
Jay is on the advisory council of Ohio State University's renewable energy program, as well as an adviser to Tolles Career & Technical Center renewable energy program. He is an instructor of Solar Energy at Zane State University as well as a number of other colleges and universities in Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Jay served as National Chairman: SkillsUSA Sustainable Solutions Contest (2010-2014) as well as chaired the recent Renewable Energy Transfer Assurance Guide (TAG) panel for the Ohio Department of Education. He also a member of the editorial advisory committee for ASES (American Solar Energy Society).
Jay is recipient of the 2009 Sustainable Living Award from Rural Action Ohio. He was also named Green “Pioneer of the Year” by Energy Ohio in 2011. He was adjudged the Electronic Technician's Association Educator of the Year for 2013 and also received the ETA Award as Outstanding Officer/Committee Person in 2017.
